Voice recordings: the voice notes you send via WhatsApp for processing
Job data: the structured job information we extract from your recordings

To provide the CircuitCapture service (converting voice notes to job briefs and estimates)
To maintain your job history and records
To communicate with you about your account
To improve the service

We do not use your recordings to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (providing the service you've subscribed to) and legitimate interests (service improvement and security).

Job records are retained for 6 years from the date of creation, consistent with the record-keeping requirements of UK competent person schemes. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months.
