6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscribers retain access until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers retain access until the end of their paid year. We do not offer pro-rata refunds on annual subscriptions unless required by law.

7. Intellectual property

CircuitCapture and its underlying software are owned by Fieldware Group Ltd. You retain ownership of the content you provide (voice notes, job details). You grant us a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CircuitCapture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the contact details on your account. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
